Harry Knighton

On May 26, 1999, Harry Knighton passed away at 83 of a rare form of lung cancer. He remained active until recently. With his wife Elsie, Harry founded the North American Mycological Association in 1962. NAMA stands as a monument to his great contributions to amateur mycology.
