Hand shred fresh oyster mushrooms. Dry saute in skillet on medium-high heat to release liquid, continue cooking to evaporate most of the liquid. Add butter or cooking oil of choice to the skillet to brown the mushrooms a little.
Sprinkle on your favorite BBQ dry rub seasoning and add Worcestershire sauce.
Reduce to low heat, add your favorite BBQ sauce, and simmer 10 to 15 minutes for all the flavors to meld together.
Serve on warm toasted buns. Top with coleslaw if desired.
