Mycophile Quarterly

The Mycophile Quarterly is published quarterly by the North American Mycological Association (NAMA), with articles of interest to NAMA members, including nationwide forays and announcements, Visual Arts, Culinary, Foray-Logo and other contest winners and award recipients and news about the NAMA Annual Foray. Each edition below has a link to a pdf file. In some years, not all issues were published; in other years, notably 2004-2005, some of the files are not available. If you have copies of The Mycophile from these years, please let us know! We would love to post them.

Please consider contributing an article to The Mycophile Quarterly. We are especially interested in reading about your club’s history; an unusual foray experience; a favorite or disliked mushroom; the books and other resources you use; an inspiring local mycologist; new insights gleaned from an invited club speaker; what it is like mushrooming with friends, family and children; the circumstances under which you first became interested in fungi; and culinary recipes.
