I’m a chef and author of The Mushroom Hunter’s Kitchen. I’ve been doing talks, cooking presentations, dinners, and leading walks for mushroom clubs around the country since 2015. I like to teach about edibles and cooking mushrooms and have worked with clubs in 10+ states. I’m based in California, but spend time on the road doing mushroom events most years.
